1 · What we provide

Render Authority Studio produces AI-assisted property visuals and related content for marketing and presentation. Deliverables are concept and marketing assets — not architectural, planning, construction, surveying, or legal outputs.

2 · Drafts, watermarks & final files

Drafts and previews may carry Render Authority Studio branding or a watermark. Final, unwatermarked client files are released only after payment and approval — see the Watermark & Draft Approval Policy.

3 · AI-assisted production

Visuals are produced with AI assistance, including prompt engineering, manual selection, editing, and quality control, and are reviewed before delivery — see Responsible AI.

4 · Client materials & permissions

Client source materials — photos, brand assets, and references — must be provided with permission to use them. Clients are responsible for holding the rights to materials they supply.

5 · Honesty in marketing

Render Authority Studio does not use fake testimonials, fake clients, or misleading case studies. Any results or examples shown are genuine or clearly marked as concept / demonstration.
