01 · Source- Send what you already have: property photos, listing details, website references, floor plans, and brand notes. Sharp, well-lit phone photos are fine.
- Nothing is rendered from imagination — every visual is anchored to your real source material.
- Clean source photos directly raise the quality ceiling of the finished set.
- If the source material is weak, you hear it before production starts — we request better inputs or agree what is realistically achievable. No silent compromises.
02 · Direction- Style, framing, mood, audience, and output formats are agreed in writing before any rendering begins.
- References become a locked visual direction: lighting, palette, lens feel, and the standard every image must meet.
- This lock is what prevents random, off-brand AI output — the model never freestyles your brand.
- You see the direction before production, so delivery holds no surprises.
03 · Render- Production runs on structured, repeatable prompt sets — not one-off lucky generations.
- Each visual is generated in controlled passes, then narrowed: weak takes are discarded before anything reaches review.
- The locked direction keeps a full 15-visual set consistent — lighting, tone, and grade hold together across the delivery.
- Repeatability means revisions and future sets can match what you already have.
04 · QC- Every visual is checked at full zoom for distortion, warped geometry, and false detail — invented fixtures, impossible reflections, broken signage.
- Listing-readiness: does the image present the property honestly, at marketing standard?
- Layout, clarity, and brand fit are reviewed against the locked direction — not against taste on the day.
- Anything that fails is rejected and re-rendered before handoff. Failures never ship.
05 · Handoff- Final files arrive in an organised folder structure — consistently named, grouped by use.
- The set ships with its prompt/direction notes and a delivery checklist, so you can see what was checked.
